Meet Prophet Sampson Amoateng, Founding Pastor of House of Miracle Ministries (HOM) with headquarters in Accra, Ghana.

This is the guiding mantra of the Prophet Sampson Amoateng’s led House of Miracle, headquartered in Accra but with seven (7) branches in the United States and the Philippines.
The ministry, which took off from a humble beginning, has grown into a household name with several branches home and away. The Pharmacy Technologist turned pastor was called into the office of a Prophet at a tender age of 15. In 2007 he started full time ministry. His early meetings were held at an open field in a school premises with two members only. The ministry has since expanded to the borders of Africa, America, Europe, and Asia. His TV ministry is aired through major television stations across Africa and beyond, and God has transformed the lives of many through his accurate prophetic utterances characterized by signs, wonders and miracles. Today, Sampson Amoateng is the General Overseer of House of Miracle Ministries, known in Ghana for its supernatural encounters and prophetic utterances. He ministers in Muslim dominated countries in crusades with signs, wonders and creative miracles. He is a gifted teacher of the word of God. Through his sound biblical teachings and prophetic prayers, the Lord has brought deliverance to many. He lives in Accra, Ghana with his family.
From pharmacy to the altar
After being mysteriously sacked on three occasions while working as a pharmacist , first at Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital in Kumasi, Emanuel Eye Clinic and Ernest Chemist, both in Accra.
Having sensed the call of God on his life, Amoateng submitted and set himself to be a vessel to be used by God. This led to many encounters with the Lord. One of these encounters took place while praying at an open field, during the prayer session he healed the sick and that was a pointer to his call to the ministry. The following day, dozens of people thronged the field to join him in prayer. He narrated the experience as follows:
“I had never imagined myself a man of God. I detested the impoverish nature of the Ministry but still God called me regardless of my thoughts and like anyone in my situation, i blatantly refused and went on to practice my profession at Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital. Whilst there, I got accused of something I knew nothing about and was sacked for it.
I moved on to a Methodist Hospital in Ejura. There we had devotions both mornings and evenings and even went on evangelism in the nearby villages. A friend of mine, who was based in Accra invited me to work at the Emanuel Eye Clinic also in Accra. My fickle fate got me sacked there to. I thought.
With unquenchably high spirits, Iapplied for job once again and this time with all the determination in me to remain employed forever but once more, I got sacked.
At this juncture, I knew that was God. I prayed unceasingly for redemption. Perchance I prayed for a sick person at the Madina Estate Park and he got heale.A deed that brought about fifty people to pray with me each day. One after one of our meetings, God spoke to me, it was so clear, He said these are my people; I have given them to you. I obeyed his word with eagerness and that was how we started the ministry.”
Endowed with the double-edged gift of scientific knowledge and God’s anointing for healing, Prophet Sampson Amoateng’s ministration is characterised by the deliverance of multitudes from every manner of sickness and oppression.
That again makes anyone ask the big question: From whence cometh this man?
The answer is yet another story of uncommon faith, faith as of old, the kind of faith that drove the Biblical Patriarchs and Prophets to hearken to the voice of God.
He is blessed to have his other three siblings in the ministry, Pastor Brian, Pastor Mark and Prophet Daniel Amoateng.
