The 2018 edition of the renowned praise concert – The Ogyacious Praiz, a Live DVD Album Recording will hold on Friday 16th November 2018 from 6 pm till dawn.
The concert which is being organized by one of the sensational gospel artists in Ghana, Pastor Kofy will features wholly indigenous and leading gospel artists at the National Theatre, Accra Ghana.
Themed “De Recovery”, Ogyacious Praiz Concert will be an awesome expression of rhythm and sounds of worship with a stellar cast of worship leaders – Koda, Ap. Oko Hackman, Patience Nyarko, Cece Twum, Francis Amo and the King’s Crew.
The Concert will also features His Majesty Mass Choir, Morale Choir, Worship In Motion and Royal Ambassadors. The concert, according to Pastor Kofy, the headline artiste, will bring together Christians and gospel music fans from all walks of life on one platform.
Francis Kofi Blewusi Dedzi Popularly known as Pastor Kofy came to the limelight in 2007 through Tv3 Mentor 2 reality Show, “MENTOR”. He was the second runner up of that Season and the winner of “MENTOR WHO IS WHO BATTLE”. With two albums and four solid singles to his credit, the first was ‘Me nsa ka’ which is one of the popular prophetic praises and worship songs withing and outside Ghana, his second was ‘Malibongwe’ done in Zulu language, he did the video shoot in South Africa and still making wave in South Africa and in Ghana. His 4 singles include; Mama, Peaceup Africa feat. Shasha Marley, Yehowa feat. Ayanda Ntanzi and Ogyacious (Hot Ghanaian Praise) .
Pastor Kofy has performed on countless platforms such as Tv3 Pulpit, Tv3 Celebration, Adom Praiz, Adom Rock Show, TvAfrica Sound Splash, Thankgiving (Praise Tv), Barclays Bank Thanksgiving, Cal Bank Thanksgiving, HTC Thanksgiving, Charter House Thanksgiving, IYES etc. Live worship on Radio & Tv stations like Adom fm, 3fm, Joy fm, Live fm, Vision One fm, Accra fm, etc. He was also the Music director for Tv3 Pulpit 4 seasons and Tv3 Celebration reality show etc. Pastor Kofy has hosted Concerts with massive turn out and due his love and passion towards children, the proceeds from his recent convert was channeled into sponsoring a child with a hole in heart operation. He is currently pursuing a degree in music at the Methodist University College to enhance his music career and his aim to be more like his mentor Kirk Franklin, and other Great musicians both locally and internationally.
Due to his dedication and zeal for God’s work, he was ordained as a full time Pastor at the Royalhouse Chapel International and he is married to the beautiful Lady Sonia Dedzi, they are blessed with two wonderful Daughters,
