Married to Pastor Mrs Lovelyn Chimere and blessed with four children, Rev Chimere believes his core mandate is to raise people that will take dominion through the teaching of the word of God. He is passionate about the preservation of biblical doctrine and living out the truth of God’s word as it is in the Holy Scripture.
A skillful and sound teacher of God’s word with strange apostolic and prophetic manifestations. He teaches and leads the body of Christ in strategic prayer and intercession for our land and the people. The prayer anointing upon his life is contagious. THE CALL
Rev. Victor Prince Chimere got the call of salvation at a teenage age in the capital city of Enugu state of Nigeria; as a young boy he was so passionate to evangelize his immediate environment with the gospel of our lord Jesus Christ.
At that age he became a pioneering member of an evangelical youth team called ”The fire of God Evangelical Team “, an eighteen member group of young boys and girls committed to reaching the unsaved with the message of the love of Christ.
He was also passionate for rural evangelism and crusades. He was also a committed member of a youth fellowship called the Gospel Youths International.
Because of his commitment to the kingdom of God he was ordained a pastor at age 21: pastoring, schooling and handling his business until 1998 when he was led to serve with another commission in Abuja Nigeria for 14yrs and 8months from 1998 to 2012 until God sent him missions t Accra Ghana to pioneer Dominion Light International (aka Rulers house) a fast growing church in Accra Ghana.
It started officially on the 26th September 2013 with 30 people in Greda Estate, Teshie-Nungua Accra Ghana West Africa and has grown to become one of the fastest growing churches in the gold coast nation.
God told his servant to RAISE a people that shall establish DOMINION through the light of his word: a KINGDOM centered people, a people fully aware of their REDEMPTIVE position, masters and champions over life. A CHRIST minded people ready to spread DIVINE life everywhere.
