After more than a decade in the Nigerian banking industry, rising up the leadership ladder of 2 of the top 5 Banks, Adetola Juyitan, now an entrepreneur, has moved on to set up an upscale event center in the Lekki area of Lagos, “Glitz Occasions Event Centre”.
The launching ceremony hosted crème-de-la-crème of the society, celebrities, top executives in the banking sector, humanitarian/service organisations, Nollywood and comedians of the Federal Republic of Nigeria among many others.
According to Adetola Juyitan the CEO of Glitz Event Centre, “The Glitz is a spectacular event centre with an edge: established to deliver the industry’s finest level of expertise to small, medium and large organizations, specialist groups and discerning individuals, who desire the perfect venue for their events”.The Glitz Event Centre is located at Block 2 Plot 2, Okunde Blue Water Scheme, Opposite Vantage Beach Hotel Lekki, Lagos.
The 3rd of October, 2016, saw the Event centre come alive as it was opened in Grand style with attendance from personalities including veteran Nollywood actor Emeka Ossai and his wife, Fela Durotoye, Segun Oladipo and so on.
Chocolate City Jesse Jagz and C-Kay did justice to stage performances as Jaywon and Nosa also thrilled the guests.
Comedian Senator played Compere and he did a good job as he coordinated comedian Davidson, Longman, Funnybone, Dan D’Humorous and Mimic-O who had the guests engaged all through.
Music was by DJ SKY who held the Turn Table down.
Adetola revealed that Glitz came from a place of passion as she had big plans to replicate Glitz in several other states and countries in the next few years.
