The Founder and Leader of Christian Hope Ministries Worldwide Apostle Dr. Francis Blake Akwaboah has received an honorary award for being an Eminent West African who upholds the virtues of Honesty, Integrity and Accountability and for his Humanitarian Service to the people of Ghana and beyond.
The award was given to him by the West Africa Nobles Forum, a group of eminent West Africans working on Economy and Social Consult.
Apostle Dr. Francis Blake Akwaboah received the Award on Friday 20th October, 2016 at the forum’s Accra office in Ghana.
The award scheme seeks to recognise, honour and reward deserving individuals and institutions across West Africa who have chosen to pursue the path of excellence; adding value not only to their customers but also to the development of the society.
The citation presented to Apostle Dr. Francis Blake Akwaboah reads: “You have through the power of God Almighty changed the face of Christianity with charisma and respect for humanity.”
The director of the forum, presenting the citation to the Apostle, said it was in recognition of his selfless commitment to the betterment of the lives of his congregation and society at large.
He said his faithfulness and outstanding service in the Lord, transforming lives with his Ministry and bringing joy to the hearts of many especially the under privileged earned him the honour.
He said the awards scheme is to recognise and appreciate the efforts of people, who contribute to national development.
He said the scheme was also premised on the principle that recognises an individual or organizational act of goodness and it encouraged others to not only give but ensure that their giving made an impact on the society and promotes growth and development.
He said it was to celebrate and encourage success as well as recognize exceptional contributions of certain key individuals and organizations to the development of the nation.
Apostle Akwaboah commended the organisers of the awards for the recognition and prayed for the management of the initiative to continue to encourage others to support the development of the community.
