Media Personality Kwesi Kyei Darkwa (KKD) is living his life in “beauty and dignity” inspite of the rape allegations that many say has tainted his reputation. He told TV3, he has moved on and not worried about what anyone has to say about him. In December 2014, Darkwa was accused by then 19-year old Miss Ewuraffe Orleans Thompson of raping her. He denied the allegation insisting it was consensual sex, and was was held at the Airport Police Station for some twenty days before he was granted bail. The case was withdrawn after Thompson wrote to the Attorney General, saying that she was no longer interested in the case. Watch interview below.

Nigerian Afrobeats star WizKid gave a diplomatic answer when he was recently asked which of the West African countries makes the best version of the dish. “I love Nigerian Jollof 100 percent, but when I go to New York or I am in Ghana, my friend’s wife makes this crazy Ghana Jollof with some goat meat…it is bad!” said the act to BBC Radio 1Xtra host Ace.
